Wednesday, January 31st, 2007

Free Spirit Activewear, a martial arts t-shirts online retailer with lots of information on martial arts and karate, has been going through some modifications where a social bookmark button has been placed on many of its webpages. This will make it easier for visitors who do use social bookmarking to quickly add the site to some of the most popular social bookmark sites such as Del.icio.us and Digg.

The single button will be found at the bottom of most webpages of Free Spirit Activewwear and is similar to the one at the links column on the right side of this Martial Arts Bulletin blog.

So now for those who do use social bookmarking, there’s an easy and quick way to social bookmark useful information on martial arts.

Will Not Do NASKA Circuit This Year

Thursday, January 4th, 2007

Since NASKA keeps piling up the number of tournaments (up to 14 now), I have decided to not do the circuit this year. Instead, my main karate competition efforts will be focused on the WOMAA world event in Ireland for April and maybe the WKA. Doing these two international events would probably end up costing less that the North American NASKA circuit. NASKA has just become too expensive to do every year. At least I’ll get more international exposure to karate competition instead. I will likely do a few local tournaments just to keep sharp.
