Free Spirit Activewear, designers and sellers of unique martial arts t-shirts, are presently sold out in kids small and medium sizes of their Martial Arts For Life t-shirts. At present, only the kids large sizes remain in stock for both the white and gray colors. This Martial Arts For Life design is also available in adult sizes.
The martial arts website Free Spirit Activewear, has been slightly streamlined to save save on its webpages to enhance visitors’ experience. Previously, there was a Google search box on many of its webpages at the bottom but records indicated that this feature wasn’t used much. So it was decided by the webmaster to remove this feature.

Although I’m basically focusing only on international martial arts competition this year, I will be competing in the Canadian Open Martial Arts Championships later this month as a warm up to the world event I’m going to in Ireland at the end of April. I will be doing mostly the same events and Ottawa/Gatineau is only about 90 minutes away.
