Chinese Staff Requires Room To Train
Wednesday, December 5th, 2007Since Chinese staff forms, especially wushu styles, require smashing the floor, the training with them requires a lot of room. Of course, one also needs a floor where the Chinese staff can be hit against without damaging the floor. Unfortunately for me these days, the only place I can train like this with a Chinese staff is outdoors where I don’t have to worry about damaging floors. However, it is winter now in Canada so things are cold outside which limits martial arts weapons training time.
