Friday, March 26th, 2010UFC Mixed Martial Arts In Toronto Ontario?
Tuesday, March 23rd, 2010UFC owner Dana White was in Toronto Ontario today to promote getting his mixed martial arts bouts legal in Ontario, which is the most densely populated area of Canada. Both BC and Quebec have changed their laws to allow UFC and mixed martial arts competitions in their respective provinces. The Ontario government so far is not saying no to the UFC right now but just claiming that it’s not the top priority on their agenda.
In my view, although I’m not a hard core mixed martial arts fan, I think that if other major cities in North America have made UFC competitions legal, I think Ontario should do the same too.
Right now, Toronto and Ontario UFC fans can get access to tickets for live mixed martial arts events at Battlepass.
For mixed martial arts gear, I would recommend either BadBoy or RevGear.

Clint Cora Will Not Compete In Martial Arts This Year
Thursday, March 4th, 2010Martial arts world champion and former member of the Canadian National Karate Team Clint Cora will not be competing in martial arts this year. The newly formed WKC will be having their world event in Portugal this year and Clint says, “I don’t feel like going to Europe for competition this year”.
“I may go back to NASKA for 2011 and also see where WKC will have their event in 2011. These days, the location of events is just as important for me as the actual competition. I’ve competed for so many years and in order for me to come out again, I want to mix in some good sight seeing. So it has to be a place I really want to go”
In the meantime, Clint is busy with his new career as a motivational speaker and author having just launched a series of longer personal development self improvement seminars.
